This was a huge, queen-sized quilt my mom spent a year making and then simply gave away. It was used as a raffle prize to raise money for the El Molino High School music program, which my brother was part of at the time. I can't even remember how much money it raised, I just remember being amazed that she would give so much time and energy, and ask literally nothing in return. I wish you could see the detailed stitching.
